Redeveloped Grade II listed building at No.5 St James’s Square.

With No 5 being a Grade II* listed building and the whole development being in a conservation area and it was subject to negotiation with the local civic society. Consent was also needed from English Heritage and the local authority, when the new lift core was inserted.

This building was redeveloped into a mixed-use property, with high end offices and private apartments.

InterLace designed, manufactured and installed a 14.5m tensioned rooflight system to shade the office area from direct sunlight.
