The first commercial building to be built in the Nar Ouse Regeneration Area (NORA), specifically for start-up businesses.

KLIC is designed to support new and growing businesses in the local community.

The building is clad in a combination of glazed curtain walling, Marley Eternit, Rockpanel Chameleon, cedar soffits and Lignacite Linear bricks, creating a chameleon like effect to the exterior of the building.

InterLace manufactured and installed heavy duty roller blind systems, manual and motorised.
