The refurb was to convert the existing offices into modern, flexible serviced workspaces and to further benefit the community in the building.

The completed project resulted in a building that now features a brand new reception area, versatile communal spaces, focus booths, and meeting rooms seamlessly integrated into the building’s original features.

Part of the feel of the refurb was to achieve the right ambiance and create a bright and airy space. The overall look is both stunning and timeless, creating a sense of being in a boutique hotel space that still feels like home.

InterLace was introduced to the project and carried out the supply and install of high-quality Silent Gliss chain operated roller blinds for meeting rooms, amenity areas and offices.
