What we collect and where from

Names, job titles, employers, contact details, site addresses, correspondence, order and payment details, and anything you send through our website contact form. We collect it from you, or from your employer or the main contractor on a project we are working on.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, quote, carry out and invoice our work, manage relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers, tell business contacts about our services, and meet our legal obligations. We rely on performing a contract, our legitimate interest in running our business, and complying with the law. If you do not give us the information we need, we may not be able to quote for or carry out work.

Who we share it with

Main contractors and clients on our projects, and service providers who support our business, including IT and CRM providers, accountants, payroll, HR and legal advisers. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we use appropriate safeguards recognised under UK law.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as we need it for these purposes, including to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations and to deal with any claims. We then securely delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use (including for marketing), receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
